Returns and Exchanges

Seevers Jewelers wants you to be able to make the correct decision with your jewelry purchase. For that reason, we offer a seven (7) day return policy for purchased in stock jewelry. Simply notify us of the return or exchange ahead of time so that we know to expect the item. Please note that you will assume responsibility for the return shipping.

If the item was a custom, or special order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This includes engraving, modifications to existing or new designs, and custom items built from scratch. Items returned greater than seven (7) days after the package marked picked up, and when the return shipping label was created cannot be returned.
